Announcing the 2004 Exemplary Media Center Program

Three outstanding school
Library/Media programs on the elementary, middle, and
high school level will be recognized on May 13, 2004 at
the Georgia Department of Education State Board meeting.
The selection process for the State Board Recognition
Program is an initiative of the Educational Technology & Media Unit. The scoring rubric is based on citations
in law, policy and standards from the Georgia
legislature, the State Board of Education, and the
American Association of School Librarians.
